Birthday Journeys

I had the pleasure of hosting a sound bath session on my birthday for Enchanted Mystical Moments in Chippenham.

With my entourage in tow (my adult children) I spent the evening guiding the hall on a journey through sound. I asked them to sit with the sounds and really reflect on how it made them feel.
